Please join us for the 2019 Great Lakes Regional Show & Banquet in Dayton, Ohio. The theme is Fire & Ice!

The dates are August 16-17-18, 2019. This will be a 3-day, 18 ring show. This show is easy to get to by road, being at the intersection of several major highways, easily accessible by three airports – Dayton (DAY), Cincinnati (CVG) and Columbus (CMH).

We are rolling out the show with a three-cat Manager’s Special! See the Summary Sheet for details.

The show hall is the Montgomery County Exhibition Center, located at 645 Infirmary Road, Dayton, OH 45417.

The show hotel is also the banquet location. This is Dayton’s only full service hotel, and is usually NOT pet friendly, but they are making an exception for our group! The room rate is $119. per night for single or double bed suites. BEST OF ALL, this rate includes free, hot breakfast, and…. drumroll please…. NO PET DEPOSIT! We will be using TICA’s Hotel Policy, which you must sign upon check-in.

The show and banquet hotel is the DoubleTree Guest Suites Dayton/Miamisburg, located at 300 Prestige Place, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
All of the rooms are suites! $119.00/night, one or two beds, room block expires July 19th.

NO PET FEE & FREE HOT BREAKFAST! Not to mention a fresh, warm cookie upon check-in!

*TICA’s hotel policy will be strictly adhered to.*

DIRECT GROUP RESERVATION

Discount site shoppers beware – This is normally a pet-free hotel. NO CATS are allowed in the hotel unless you reserve your room in the group block.

Be advised when looking for hotels:

1. If you do not book your room under the club’s room block at the Doubletree, you will be turned away with your cats. The hotel had to get permission from corporate and are only waiving their pet policy for rooms under our room block. We were very fortunate to retain this beautiful facility which will also host our banquet Saturday night.

2. This weekend is move-in week for college, so room rates all over town will be high so please book your room early.

The banquet will be a lovely Hilton buffet for $55 with all their little extras to make it a beautiful event. We hope you will join us as we celebrate our GL Regional winners. This will be an evening you will not want to miss.

Judges for the weekend, which include all of our very own Great Lakes Regional judges, are:
